Your home is one of the most significant assets you own. It deserves more than a casual walk-through and a text message. It deserves professional oversight — consistent, documented, and held to the same standard you would bring if you were there yourself.
House of Maeven manages every dimension of your property's ongoing care. We conduct thorough inspections, manage and oversee every vendor and service provider, respond to emergencies with urgency, and prepare your home for your return with the precision of someone who knows exactly how you like it.
We do not perform trade or physical services. Our role is management and oversight — sourcing the right vendors, directing their work, inspecting every outcome, and holding every service provider accountable on your behalf. You never manage a contractor. You never chase a follow-up. That is our role, and we hold it without exception.

Is This You
Every Home Management client comes to us from a different place. The property is different. The distance is different. The need is the same — someone they can trust completely to manage what they cannot be present to manage themselves.
Seasonal Resident
October through April, you are here. May through September, you are not. And in those five months — the hottest, most demanding months for any Arizona property — your home is sitting vacant without anyone watching it. The HVAC is working harder than it should. The pool chemistry is drifting. The irrigation is running on a schedule that was set in March. A vendor comes and goes and no one confirms the work was done.
You have thought about this every summer. This year, you are doing something about it.
We manage your property through every month you are away — inspecting, reporting, overseeing every vendor, and handling every situation before it becomes a problem. You return in October to a home that has been cared for as if you never left.
Second Home Owner
You purchased this home because Arizona felt right — the lifestyle, the weather, the investment. But between your primary residence, your work, and everything else, you get here four or five times a year at most. In between, the property sits. You coordinate vendors from another time zone. You rely on a neighbor to keep an eye on things. You worry more than you should about a home you cannot easily get to.
We become the presence your property needs year-round. Every inspection documented. Every vendor managed and overseen. Every issue handled before you even know it happened. You visit and enjoy — we handle everything in between.
Full-Time Resident
You are here full time — but managing a significant property is not how you want to spend your time. Finding the right vendors. Getting quotes. Following up on work. Scheduling the pool service, the landscaping, the HVAC maintenance, the pest control. Keeping track of what has been done and what still needs doing. It is a part-time job you never agreed to take.
We take it off your plate entirely. Every vendor managed and overseen on your behalf. Every maintenance need identified and addressed. Every detail held to your standard without requiring you to think about it.
Out-of-State Owner
You own a property in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Chandler, or Queen Creek. You live in another state. And every time something goes wrong — a leak, an HVAC failure, a vendor who does not show — you are managing it remotely, without anyone on the ground, without the relationships, and without the time. The property is a source of stress when it should be a source of pride.
We are your presence on the ground. Every situation managed locally, every vendor held accountable, every outcome reported to you in writing with photographs. The distance stops feeling like a problem the moment you have someone you trust in Arizona.
What We Manage & Oversee

What to Expect
This is what House of Maeven Home Management looks like in practice — the rhythm of the service, the standard of the communication, the consistency of the oversight.
01
Every visit produces a written report — delivered to you within 24 hours. Exterior to interior. Every system. Every finding noted with condition rating and recommended action. Photographs of anything requiring attention. Nothing verbal. Nothing informal.
02
We source every vendor from our vetted network, direct their work, and inspect every outcome before any invoice is approved. You never speak to a contractor. You never chase a follow-up. Every vendor who enters your property does so under our oversight and is held to our standard.
03
If something is happening at your property, you know before it becomes a problem. Every finding communicated. Every vendor visit reported. Every emergency acknowledged within 15 minutes of our arrival. You are always informed — never in the dark, never managing a crisis from a distance.
04
Your preference profile is built at onboarding and updated continuously. Your preferred temperature, your housekeeping level, your grocery basics, your personal touches — all of it confirmed and in place before you cross the threshold. You arrive. It feels exactly right.
05
Every item identified in an inspection is tracked to resolution. Every vendor engagement followed through to completion. Every maintenance need addressed before it becomes a larger problem. We do not flag issues and move on — we manage them to conclusion.
06
After the first year, we know your property better than almost anyone. Its history, its tendencies, its seasonal demands, its vendors. That knowledge compounds — and the service becomes more anticipatory, more precise, and more valuable the longer it continues.
How It Begins
Every Home Management membership begins the same way — with a conversation about your property, your situation, and the level of oversight that is right for you.
01
We begin with a consultation — a thorough conversation about your property, how you use it, what concerns you most, and what you have been managing yourself that you no longer want to. No obligation. No pressure. Just clarity about whether House of Maeven is the right fit.
02
We walk the property together — or alone, if you prefer. We assess its current condition, understand its systems, identify any immediate needs, and get a complete picture of what ongoing management will involve. This is where we learn your property before we commit to caring for it.
03
Within 48 hours we present the recommended membership tier and the monthly fee — one number, clearly stated. You review it. You ask any questions. You decide whether to proceed. There is no negotiation and no à la carte menu. The right tier at the right fee, presented with confidence.
04
Once you proceed, we build your client file — preference profile, emergency contacts, vendor history, property documentation. The first inspection is completed and reported within the first week. From that moment, your property has a professional manager. And you stop thinking about it.
Seasonal Resident
“For those who call more than one place home for part of the year, we make each return effortless. Before you arrive, your home is inspected, maintained, and prepared — climate set, stocked, and ready — with every vendor coordinated in advance, so the transition between residences feels seamless, every single time.”
Also included:

Also included:

“Distance should never mean uncertainty. As an out-of-state owner, you receive complete oversight of your Arizona
