How is this different from a handyman or property manager?

A handyman does the work. A property manager rents out your home to tenants. We do neither. We source vendors, direct their work, and inspect every outcome, so you never manage a contractor yourself.

Do you perform the maintenance yourselves?

No, we do not perform trade or physical services. Our role is oversight: sourcing vendors, directing their work, and inspecting every outcome before any invoice is approved.

How often will my home actually be checked?

It depends on your membership tier, monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly, but every visit is documented with a written report and photographs delivered within 24 hours.

What happens if something breaks while I'm away?

We respond within your tier's defined timeframe, engage the right emergency vendor immediately, and notify you with photographs within 15 minutes of our arrival.

How is The Watch different from Home Management?

The Watch is scheduled monitoring for a property that's unoccupied: regular visits, written reports, and storm response while you're away. Home Management is broader, ongoing oversight including vendor coordination. Many clients start with The Watch and move into Home Management as needs grow.

What actually happens during a visit?

A full property walkthrough, checking for any signs of trouble, confirming security and access points, and documenting the property's condition, followed by a written report.

Do you respond to storms automatically?

Automatically. Storm response is built into every Watch membership; you never need to ask.

Is The Watch only for homes that are completely empty?

No. It's built for any property that sits unattended for periods of time, whether that's a full season, a few months, or intermittent stretches throughout the year.
