Tammy built her career on one thing — understanding what exceptional clients need before they ask. Over thirty years of entrepreneurship, high-touch client relationships and luxury real estate — licensed in New Hampshire and Arizona — gave her a perspective few in this industry possess. She saw what others overlooked. Homeowners with more property than proximity. Discerning individuals whose lives simply do not allow the time that a residence of this caliber demands — properties that require a standard of oversight their schedule cannot accommodate. Families separated by distance, trying to ensure a parent’s home was cared for with the same attention they would give it themselves. Secondary homes sitting between visits with no one truly accountable. And the moments of transition — a property being prepared for a move, a residence being readied for arrival, a home being positioned for sale or downsizing — each requiring a level of coordination and care that cannot be left to chance. The need was real. The standard of care available was not. So she built it herself — the way she would want it done for her own home. She has a natural gift for connection — the kind of person who makes you feel at ease in the first five minutes and completely confident by the end of the conversation. An exceptional communicator who listens as well as she plans, Brooke does not simply manage logistics — she anticipates them.
